Publications

All general publications describing, or pertaining to, school-wide matters, programs, or activities are the responsibility of the Public Relations Coordinator working with the office of the General Director.  These publications include, but are not limited to:  bimonthly bulletins, special brochures or pamphlets about activities or programs involving a large number of students and/or teachers; all documents or materials related to strategic planning; all brochures or pamphlets produced by Board committees, sub/committees, or task forces; all materials related to the recruiting of teachers.

Each section is responsible for publications related to its specific activities or programs.  Such documents have the final approval of the section Principal and the General Director.

Copies of all documents should be sent to the General Director, as well as the Public Relations Coordinator for review.

All invitations sent to other schools for participation in sports or other student events should carry the signature of the General Director.

Publicaciones

Toda publicación general que describa o se relacione a temas, programas o actividades que involucren a todo el Colegio, es responsabilidad del Coordinador de Relaciones Públicas trabajando con la Oficina del Director General.  Estas publicaciones incluyen, pero no están limitadas a, boletines bi-mensuales; trifoliares o panfletos especiales sobre actividades o programas que involucren un gran número de maestros o estudiantes; todos los documentos o materiales relacionados con planeación estratégica; todos los brochures o panfletos producidos por comités de la Junta Directiva, por sub-comités; todo el material relacionado al reclutamiento de maestros.

Cada sección es responsable de las publicaciones relacionadas a programas y actividades específicas de su sección.  Es esencial que estos documentos tengan la aprobación final del Principal de Sección y el Director General. 

Se debe enviar copia de estos documentos al Director General,  y al Coordinador de Relaciones Públicas para revisión.

Todas las invitaciones enviadas a otros colegios para participar en actividades deportivas u otros eventos deben llevar la firma del Director General.  

REGRESAR
