Student Cumulative Records
Academic Records
A cumulative record containing pertinent facts about each child enrolled in School is kept in individual folders. The cumulative record is kept up to date and moves with the child through his school career. The records are confidential.
According to the laws of Guatemala, the parents have the right to review the cumulative file of their own child, but in the presence of a Principal, Technical Director or the General Director.
Psychological Records
Psychological records are confidential and kept separate from the regular cumulative files.

Registro Acumulativo de los Alumnos
Registros Académicos
Se lleva un registro acumulativo, en carpetas individuales, conteniendo información pertinente de cada alumno inscrito en el Colegio. El expediente se mantiene actualizado y se traslada de una sección a otra conforme el alumno va avanzando en su carrera escolar. Los registros son confidenciales.
De acuerdo con las leyes de Guatemala, los padres de familia tienen el derecho de revisar los registros acumulativos de su hijo, pero en la presencia de un Principal de Sección, Director Técnico o el Director General.
Expedientes Psicológicos
Los expedientes psicológicos son confidenciales y se guardan separadamente de los registros acumulativos.
