Re-enrollment process

Re-enrollment is only for those students who wish to continue their studies at CAG for an additional year.  Please do not fill out any of these forms if you have not been enrolled in our school. 
If you are a parent who needs to update your child’s medical record, you may do so by printing out a new medical form and taking it to you doctor to make any necessary changes.

Admissions at the American School of Guatemala 

The Admission process at the American School of Guatemala is a step by step procedure that parents need to follow in order to ensure a timely response. First, read about our mission, philosophy, organization and programs before deciding to start the admissions process. If our school is in alignment with you family philosophy and needs, begin the admission process. Below you will find two main categories detailing two different types of admission. K-1 grade admission has their own requirements stipulated in their link. Grades 2-11 have their own requirements stipulated in their link. Please read carefully and pay attention to important dates and deadlines to submit material. 

If forms are not complete or the application is missing vital information, the application will not be reviewed.

Application process for NEW students:

     Kindergarten and grade 1 ONLY

     Grades 2-11

If you have already filled out an application for possible Kindergarten admissions in August 2009, August 2010 or August 2011, Please Check the Kindergarten Admissions Calendar and the General procedures for Application

You must re-apply during the time frame stated on the calendar.
